Returns

• The product is in its original packaging

• The product is not damaged by the customer

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used medical and cosmetic products cannot be returned.

Refunds

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable period of time.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or refund if necessary.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returns may be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
